How do I modify or change a reservation?

We currently do not have a way to modify or change a funded reservation.

So you booked a reservation...yeah😀!

Then, you noticed you booked the wrong dates...bummer😆!

 

Here is how it's handled:

  1. It may be possible that Guest can cancels the reservation in Stripe if the error is caught soon enough. 
  2. If not, Guest contacts host, using the GiddyUp GetAway inbox, to inform them the reservation is incorrect.
  3. Host navigates to the Reservation Page on Host Dashboard and locates the Reservation Info Card. 
  4. Host clicks the Cancel button on Reservation card.
    • Note: Cancellation Policy may apply if Guest does not book another reservation with same host.
    • Booking fees will not be refunded to Guest for cancelled bookings.
  5. Guest goes back to GiddyUpGetAway.com to book a new reservation.
