We currently do not have a way to modify or change a funded reservation.
So you booked a reservation...yeah😀!
Then, you noticed you booked the wrong dates...bummer😆!
Here is how it's handled:
- It may be possible that Guest can cancels the reservation in Stripe if the error is caught soon enough.
- If not, Guest contacts host, using the GiddyUp GetAway inbox, to inform them the reservation is incorrect.
- Host navigates to the Reservation Page on Host Dashboard and locates the Reservation Info Card.
- Host clicks the Cancel button on Reservation card.
- Note: Cancellation Policy may apply if Guest does not book another reservation with same host.
- Booking fees will not be refunded to Guest for cancelled bookings.
- Guest goes back to GiddyUpGetAway.com to book a new reservation.
