How do I optimize my listing?

Hosts should optimize their listing in order to get maximum exposure to the most potential guests.

Optimizing your listing is the MOST IMPORTANT STEP after you publish:

• Listing (Property) Title - short & precise, utilize keywords like your farm name, the words 'horse layover', and/or your city & state. (See 'Coming Soon' section below for more info. on SEO and your title)
• Property description - give lots of details about the overall property, special amenities and things to do in your surrounding area.
• Rental Accommodations:
  • Each horse trailer rental site must be entered individually so the guests can accurately see everything you have available during their specific travel dates. (Ex: Trailer Site 1, Trailer Site 2 etc.).
  • Housing provided by hosts must be entered as a separate rental site.
  • Enter each horse rental site individually. (Ex: Stall 1, Stall 2, Paddock A, Arena etc.)
• Photos should be vivid, clear and accurate to show potential guests an honest representation of what they will be renting.

• Hosts must complete the Stripe account set up in order to accept reservations. More info about Stripe
