How do I change my property location?

Our mapping feature is one of the assets that makes GiddyUp GetAway user friendly for guests.

  1. During the property onboarding, or set up phase, you will follow the prompts to answer specific questions about your property. Once you get to this question: 'Where is your property located?', you will type in your property's physical address. 
  2. Some people will not have an exact address for their barn or the entrance to their property. In this case, you will type in an address that is near your property entrance.
  3. The map will locate the address you entered. Then, you can click on the blue pin on the map to move the pin to the entrance to your property. This will help you direct guests to the entrance of your property, if it does not have an address associated with the property. 
  4. Be sure to include specific driving directions to your guests when sending them a welcome email, if the entrance to your property is difficult to navigate.
