      How do I share my listing on social media?

      Share your listing on your personal Facebook and X (formerly Twitter) feeds. Book reservations directly from your social media and never worry about double booking a site.

      1. Login to your GiddyUp GetAway user account.

      2. Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner of the page.

      3. Select Host Dashboard in the dropdown menu

      4. Click Listings in the header.
      5. Find the property in the table you want to promote on social media and click Actions, on the right. (Most hosts will only have 1 property they are hosting in this table).

      Most hosts have a single properties they manage in GiddyUp GetAway. Some lucky hosts have multiple properties hosting they manage in the host dashboard. The dashboard is set up for people to manage multiple properties if needed.

      6. In the dropdown menu, select View.

      7. You will see your property listing as seen by guests when searching for a layover. On the right side, next to Save icon, click the Facebook Icon or the X (formerly Twitter) Icon.

      8. This function will allow you to showcase your listing on your facebook and/or X pages and reap the benefits they offer:

      • Guests can make a reservation directly from this page
      • This function will prevent double booking sites
      • Encourages your friends and family to share your listing
      • Use this page as a FREE website and reservation landing page

      At this time, Instagram does not support the share function. As soon as that function becomes possible with Instagram, we will implement it as an option for you to share on your IG page also.

      9. Use the hashtag #giddyupgetaway when you are promoting your listing on social media😀.

      10. Join the following facebook groups and monitor when someone is searching for a layover in your area. You can respond in the comments section of their inquiry with a link to your reservation page. You should also post your reservation page into these groups to help promote your layover and create awareness of our community.
