Our cancellation policy finds a reasonable balance for both hosts and guests.
We understand emergencies happen and sometimes a cancellation is inevitable. However, hosts are losing time and money every time a guests cancels a booking regardless of the reason.
If you cancel your reservation 8 days or more before your check in day and time, you will receive a full refund, minus the booking fee. If you cancel your reservation within 2-7 days before the check day and time, you will receive a 50% refund, minus the booking fee. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your reservation check in day and time, you will not receive a refund.
Note: We do not have the ability to edit a reservation at this time. You will need to cancel the current listing and re-book if you need to change the date range. We will not be able to refund the booking fee under any circumstances because we are changed credit card fees from Stripe.
